Timeless Chic Me will endeavour to describe any defects or wear to each item listed on our website.

Refunds and Exchanges
Timeless Chic Me will offer a refund within 7 days from the date you received your item or an exchange within 28 days of receiving your item.
The items must be returned in the same condition that they were sold in and with all items it was sold with (eg box, bag etc.)
Please note, we will not refund the cost of shipping unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Please note 'change of mind' is not a valid reason for refund or exchange.
